HERTFORD, N.C. — The Perquimans County Sheriff’s Office reported five arrests between July 26 and July 30, with bonds totaling $134,500.
The largest bond listed in the report was a $130,000 secured bond for Thomas Byrum. Byrum was charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest, three counts of resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer, aggressive driving and several traffic violations.
