Camden Says It Can't Enforce Revoked B&M Mine Permit as Ponderosa Neighbors Press for Answers
An Oct. 6 county letter says the sand pit's revoked permit is no longer binding. In March, the county attorney wrote that B&M was still expected to follow it.
